Refund and Return Policy 

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At Carrera Custom Garage, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before dispatch and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something goes wrong, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Custom Made Products
All custom made products (such as steering wheels) are built to your exact specifications and are therefore final sale. Because each product is uniquely crafted for each individual order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Ready to Ship Products
Ready to ship products (such as paddle shifters) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at support@carreracustomgarage.com within 30 days of delivery. To process your claim we require:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

Each claim is reviewed individually. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund or store credit
  • Replacement product

For approved claims, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Professional Installation Requirement
All Carrera Custom Garage products must be installed by a qualified automotive professional. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or malfunction resulting from improper installation or installation performed by an unqualified individual. Damage caused during or after installation is not covered under our return or refund policy.

How to Start a Claim
Contact us at support@carreracustomgarage.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
